During the registration process, parents of elementary students can refer to the Grades K-4 Westfield Schools Street Listing to determine their child's home school.
**Please be sure to notify/withdraw from your current district if moving into Westfield or have been accepted as school choice.
Kindergarten Age Requirement:
Children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2023 to to be eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Note: If you have a child who will be 5 by September 1, 2023 we encourage the registration be completed by the beginning of May in order to be included in a visit to their school in late May to meet staff and have your child do a short screening to help plan for their needs this fall.

Birth Certificate/I-94 Refugee Card
Complete Immunization Record and Physical Examination Documentation
All prior school records (if applicable)
